Hi, I’m Livvy
Ten years ago I went to Wales and saw my first puffins. I came home a changed person. That moment kicked off an obsession with birdwatching, stencilling and spray art that I genuinely haven’t been able to shake.
“Since discovering the joy of bird watching and being able to capture those charismatic creatures with paint, I am obsessed. My holidays and down time now involve birds and paint. Seeing the joy others experience when they identify a bird or reveal their bird art has inspired me to share this far and wide” / Livvy Drake

The Story
NaturArt grew from a simple idea: that painting and nature belong to everyone, not just people who already think of themselves as artists or birdwatchers.
I started running Christmas card workshops in Bristol, seasonal pay-as-you-feel sessions exploring acrylic painting and texture using everything from ear buds to bubble wrap. From those beginnings, NaturArt has grown into guided workshops often starting with a bird walk in the South West’s wild spaces before the a hands-on painting session.
No Experience Needed
You don’t need to know a swift from a swallow. You don’t need to have held a paintbrush ever. There are stencils, templates and step-by-step guidance throughout, and the only thing you need to bring is a willingness to experiment.
Many people who come planning to gift their work decide they will keep for their own walls .
Values
Every public NaturArt workshop runs on a tiered pay-as-you-feel model, because creativity shouldn’t be a luxury. A portion of profits from every event goes to local wildlife trusts and families in Gaza displaced from their homes.
The NaturArt workshops are available for private events, such as sociable sip and paints, corporate connection activities, community group activities and fundraisers for nature charities.
